the beach access was convenient.
I found the breakfast setup frustrating. The line was long, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. getting a simple omelet took over 15 minutes, ridiculous. also, the air conditioning in the room was set too cold, and i couldn't adjust it (it seemed like freezing).

Amazing Beachfront Stay!

I wanted a quiet beach vacation and this hotel was really good. My room was large with a beautiful ocean view. The staff was polite and helpful, also the amenities around all hit the sweet spot. I recommend a deep tissue massage treatment at their Ikal Spa as well. Both the front desk staff and the facilities attendant were cute.
I was overcharged for the room, disappointing. The contract I signed at check-in did not match what was charged to my card after I left the hotel. I did not receive a receipt at check-out, and my requests for one via email have gone unanswered.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Daily housekeeping kept everything in excellent condition. The room had beautiful views and very quiet atmosphere, offering peace .

The pools here are family-friendly and well kept. The hotel provides free rentals with kayaks and paddle boards, but quantities are limited. The hotel has a gym, a beautiful pool and a clean beach.

The pastries in the lobby at 5 AM were a thoughtful touch for early departures. The breakfast offers a rich choice, including waffles, omelettes, yogurt and muesli. The breakfast buffet offers mexican food and fruit.

The staff was friendly and ready to assist with any needs. I received generous complementary services. The front door staff were super nice and cute to everyone.

The beach had very calm water. It was great for swimming. Breakfast came as a buffet. This was included with the package I booked. The facilities were nice.
I was a bit disappointed with my stay. I needed to have some clothes washed. The hotel staff assured me they would be ready by 10 am the next morning. The clothes did not arrive by that time.

I found check-in to be quick and easy. The staff stored my luggage allowing me time at the pool bar. My Ocean View King Club Room got upgraded to the Presidential Suite. I appreciated this complimentary upgrade. The beach is calm with little to no waves and is very clean.
